The differences between LG1301-SE, LG1301-PF, and LoRaWAN1301, three LoRaWAN gateways, are as follows:

By sdga:NiceRF Wireless Technology Co., Ltd

Today, let me introduce our company's three LoRaWAN gateway products: LG1301-SE, LG1301-PF, and LoRaWAN1301. The purpose is to help our customers differentiate between these three products and choose the most suitable LoRaWAN gateway for their needs.

Below,we will provide a detailed introduction to our three LoRaWAN gateway products: LG1301-SE, LG1301-PF, and LoRaWAN1301.

LoRaWAN gateway RF module - LG1301-SE:

LG1301-SE is a LoRaWAN gateway. It is specifically designed for LoRaWAN node LN610 and integrates the standard LoRaWAN Class C communication protocol V1.0.

When LG1301-SE receives data from LN610, it outputs the RF data and LN610's device address to the serial interface. Conversely, when serial data containing the device address of the target LN610 is input to LG1301-SE, it sends the serial data to the target LN610.

All wireless communications comply with the LoRaWAN protocol. It is not necessary to understand the working principles of LoRaWAN to easily build a LoRaWAN network.

LoRa gateway transmitter and receiver RF module - LG1301-PF:

LG1301-PF is a LoRaWAN gateway. It can be used with any LoRaWAN node that complies with the standard LoRaWAN protocol V1.0.

The gateway primarily operates on the Linux platform and consists of a concentrator, GPS module, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet. The GPS module sends NMEA frames to the host, containing time and geographical coordinate data. Additionally, the GPS module sends a pulse to the SX1301 every second.

The gateway receives RF data from the nodes and forwards it to the server. It also receives data from the server and transmits it to the nodes. The gateway is connected to the server via Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

LoRa Gateway SPI | LoRa RF Module - LoRaWAN1301:

LoRaWAN1301 is a front-end gateway module for LoRa gateways based on the Semtech LoRaWAN concentrator. It is a high-performance LoRa/LoRaWAN module built upon the Semtech SX1301 and SX1255/1257 chipsets.

The SX1301 digital baseband chip is a large-scale digital signal processing engine designed specifically to provide breakthrough gateway functionality in the global ISM frequency bands. The LoRa concentrator is a multi-channel, high-performance transmitter/receiver designed to simultaneously receive multiple LoRa data packets on random channels with random spreading factors. Its goal is to establish robust connections between a central wireless data concentrator and a large number of wireless endpoints distributed over a wide distance range.。
