On November 14, 2025, the 27th CHTF opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Shenzhen G-NiceRF Wireless Technology Co., Ltd. (G-NiceRF) is a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Guangdong Province "Specialized, Refined, Unique, and New" (SRUN) Enterprise. Specializing in industrial wireless communication solutions for complex environments, the company integrates R&D, production, and sales, dedicated to providing global customers with long-range, low-power, and long-term stable wireless communication modules and system products. At this year's CHTF, it exhibited its industrial-grade IoT connectivity solutions.

Long-Range Data Transmission with LoRa & MESH

G-NiceRF's LoRa & MESH long-range data transmission modules

G-NiceRF's core technologies in the long-range data transmission field are LoRa spread spectrum modulation and MESH self-networking. Taking the LoRa6500Pro module as an example, it has a maximum output power of 5W, a receiving sensitivity of -139dBm, and supports MESH mode, providing 40 communication channels within the same frequency band.

LoRa and LoRaWAN modules generally support AES128 data encryption and integrate anti-static, over-current/over-voltage protection, and hardware/software anti-crash reset circuits to ensure system security. The LoRaCC68-868 module (868-915MHz) for global applications uses a 10ppm industrial-grade crystal oscillator (sensitivity -129dBm) and has passed FCC and CE certifications. Furthermore, the new 2025 products, the LoRa1120 and LoRa1121 series (featuring GNSS/Wi-Fi scanning and positioning functions, and supporting LR-FHSS, LoRaWAN, and Sigfox protocols), have also been officially launched globally.

Mission-Critical Communications (DMR / Full-Duplex)

For fire rescue and special security scenarios, G-NiceRF offers two voice solutions: DMR digital radio and full-duplex audio.

The DMR818S series has a built-in microcontroller, digital radio chip, and RF power amplifier circuit, supporting digital and analog dual-mode and compatible with common analog walkie-talkies on the market. Its key feature is the support for dual-slot communication, enabling two groups of calls on the same frequency channel, which improves spectrum efficiency by 50%, and provides voice and SMS encryption. This series uses a 0.5ppm TCXO industrial-grade crystal oscillator and supports professional dispatch functions like all-call, group-call, individual-call, and emergency alarms. The module provides customers with a standard serial interface, allowing for simple and quick configuration of parameters such as frequency and contacts via serial commands. The analog walkie-talkie SA818S series achieves a receiving sensitivity of -124dBm by incorporating an LNA (Low-Noise Amplifier) circuit.

Another critical voice solution, represented by the SA618/SA628 series, is full-duplex audio communication, allowing up to 8 people to talk simultaneously in full-duplex. This series uses ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) technology to ensure over 95% voice clarity even in high-noise environments like industrial sites and fire scenes. Modules are available with power coverage from 1W (SA628F30) to 8W (SA628F39) and support OTA (Over-the-Air) remote upgrades. The 8W (SA628F39) module also supports a MESH relay function to meet the needs of different distances and complex networking.

UWB & 3D Sensing and Positioning Technology

The high-precision positioning solution covers all indoor and outdoor scenarios, using UWB (Ultra-Wideband) technology for indoor centimeter-level accuracy, supplemented by GPS/GNSS modules for outdoor positioning support. UWB technology achieves centimeter-level accuracy with strong penetration and anti-interference characteristics, based on the DS-TWR (Double-Sided Two-Way Ranging) principle. The solutions range from the small, low-power UWB3000F00 module to the 0.5W, 10cm ranging accuracy UWB3000F27 industrial-grade module. Additionally, the UWB650 module, with its own MCU and MESH networking support, offers developers a more integrated all-in-one serial port solution.

Also featured is a 3D fall detection module. Based on a high-precision triaxial accelerometer, this module uses an ultra-low-power design. It can be used in fire helmets and wearable devices for automatic detection and alarms for high-altitude falls or tumbles. It also supports a "man-down" (stillness) alarm mechanism, suitable for emergencies such as fainting or loss of contact during lone worker or hazardous operations.

The biggest highlight of this sensor module is its ability to link with the UWB positioning system: as soon as a fall or prolonged stillness is detected, the system will immediately report the precise location information, achieving a closed-loop safety guarantee of "location on fall."

Complete Solution Support

To ensure the complete implementation of solutions, G-NiceRF also provides supporting enhancement products, including smart antennas, as well as full-stack value-added services such as ODM/OEM customization, multi-level MESH networking protocols, and OTA air upgrades.

Large-Scale Project Validation

The stability of G-NiceRF's technology has been verified in several large-scale projects, including the large-scale complex scenario application for Hunan TV's "Run for Time" in 2015, communication support for CCTV's Spring Festival Gala robots in 2016 and 2018, on-site communication assurance for the 2019 Wuhan World Military Games and the 2021 CCP Centenary Celebration, as well as the batch deployment of full-duplex audio modules in 2024.
