Product model: LoRa1276-C1-868
Product Description:
LoRa1276-C1 integrates Semtech RF transceiver chip SX1276, which adopts LoRa Spread Spectrum modulation frequency hopping technique. The features of long distance and high sensitivity (-139 dBm) make this module perform better than FSK and GFSK module. Multi-signal won't affect each other even in crowd frequency environment; it comes with strong anti-interference performance. This LoRa module is 100mW and ultra small size, widely used in AMR, remote industrial control filed.
(LoRa Module LoRa1276-C1-868)
Test whether the operating frequency of LoRa module LoRa1276-C1-868 in different industrial environment temperatures is in compliance with the standard and whether the communication function is normal.

(Left picture DEMO board; right picture LoRa1276-C1-868 module)
1. Connect the product to the standard DEMO board, put it into the incubator after power-on, set the temperature of the incubator to -40°. After the temperature is stable, monitor the actual working frequency of the product with a spectrum analyzer and record it.
2. Take the same DEMO board, set the DEMO board to the same frequency as the product module in the incubator, connect the antenna, and send data to the product in the incubator at a fixed time. The blue light of the product is bright and the blue light on the standard DEMO board is normal. Send and receive data, record communication function is normal; otherwise record communication function is abnormal.
3. Change the incubator temperature, set to -20°, 25°, 60° in sequence, and repeat the first step.
a. Set the incubator to -20°
b. Set the incubator to 25°
c. Set the incubator to 60°
For products with a frequency band set to 433MHz or 470MHz, the error between the actual measured operating frequency and the set frequency in each temperature environment does not exceed ±5KHz, and the communication function is normal, then the product is qualified.
For products with a frequency band set to 868MHz, the required error does not exceed ±9KHz; for products with a frequency band set to 915MHz, the required error does not exceed ±10KHz.
After standard measurement and calculation, the analysis data shows that LoRa module LoRa1276-C1-868 has a working frequency deviation of less than ±5KHz at normal temperature, which is a normal value. The operating frequency deviation of the product in different high-low temperature environments is within the scope of the specification and can be normal. Send and receive data, test product qualified.
