Connection method of wireless transceiver module and communication antenna

The application of wireless transceiver modules in life can be said to be ubiquitous. Remote control, remote control doors, wireless security alarms and other fields will be applied to wireless transceiver modules. The reason why RF front-end wireless transceiver modules need to be connected with communication is to make the wireless transmission distance longer. Far away, then do you know how the wireless transceiver module is connected to the communication? This article will introduce you to the connection method of the wireless transceiver module and the communication antenna.

The antenna is an important part of the communication system, and its performance directly affects the indicators of the communication system. The antenna impedance required by the RF module is 50 ohms. Common antennas include SMA adapter straight/elbow rod antennas, sucker antennas, spring antennas, etc. Users can choose the appropriate antenna according to their own environment.

 

Take the RF module RF1212, spring antenna SW433-TH22, and elbow rod antenna SW433-WT100 as examples to illustrate the connection steps:

 

Connect with spring antenna

Hook the hook-like part of the spring antenna to the ANT pin of the RF module RF1212, and weld it to complete the connection with the spring antenna.

 

Connect with rod antenna

Solder the end of the SAM extension cord to the ANT and GND pins of the RF module RF1212, and then connect the head of the SAM extension cord to the rod antenna.
