The RF3060 is a module based on a low-power, long-distance wireless transceiver chip utilizing ChirpIoT™ modulation and demodulation technology, supporting half-duplex wireless communication. This module features an advanced TCXO crystal oscillator to ensure high frequency stability, along with high sensitivity, low power consumption, and ultra-long transmission range. These characteristics make it the ideal choice for long-distance transmission and applications requiring high reliability.
The RF3060 series modules are manufactured and tested using strictly lead-free processes, complying with RoHS and REACH standards. They are widely used in smart factory, smart water management, smart agriculture, smart healthcare, smart community, and smart firefighting applications.
1.TCXO Crystal Oscillator with 0.5ppm Frequency Stability
The RF3060 is equipped with a high-precision TCXO (Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillator) that maintains a frequency error within 0.5ppm. This feature ensures signal synchronization accuracy even in complex electromagnetic environments, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring precise time synchronization, such as automated production lines and substations.

This makes it ideal for long-range applications such as cross-regional smart agriculture monitoring and emergency communication.
4.CAD Function + Adjustable Spreading Factor
The RF3060 supports CAD (Channel Activity Detection) functionality, enabling rapid response to channel state changes while reducing power consumption. Additionally, it supports automatic adjustment of spreading factors (SF) from 5 to 9, allowing for intelligent balancing of transmission speed and range based on real-world application needs, making it suitable for logistics tracking, industrial control, and more.
