With the rapid development of smart cities, industrial automation, and agricultural monitoring, the demand for low-power, long-distance communication in IoT devices has become increasingly urgent. Traditional wireless technologies struggle to balance power consumption and transmission distance, making it difficult to achieve stable connectivity in complex scenarios. Against this backdrop, LoRa technology, with its compact design and high-power output adaptability, has emerged as a key solution to overcoming industry challenges.
1、Product Overview
MiniF27 wireless module is designed using Semtech's LoRa chip, featuring a high-precision crystal oscillator, ultra-low receiving and sleep currents, and a sensitivity of -148dBm. It can wake up the microcontroller periodically while maintaining low power consumption. The module's antenna switch is internally controlled by the chip, reducing the resource demand on the external MCU. Despite its ultra-compact size (same as the LoRa1262), the MiniF27 delivers an output power of up to 27dBm (500mW). Its high integration, small size, and high power make the MiniF27 highly advantageous in IoT and battery-powered applications.
Ultra-Compact Design: 16×16×2mm ultra-small form factor, ideal for embedded devices and portable terminals.
High Power Performance: Delivers 27dBm (500mW) output power, reaching 800mW when powered by 5V.
High Integration & Ease of Use: Built-in Semtech LoRa chip and high-precision crystal oscillator. The antenna switch is internally controlled by the chip, eliminating the need for external MCU intervention. Comes with standardized interfaces and development documentation for seamless integration.
