The Mini3120 is a transceiver module specifically designed for low-power wireless communication applications, with all components domestically produced. It supports common ISM frequency bands such as 433/470/868/915 MHz and can be customized to cover an extended range of 190–1110 MHz. Utilizing a domestically developed half-duplex communication chip, it offers multiple modulation schemes including 2(G)FSK and MSK, with data transmission rates ranging from 2 to 500 kbps, catering to varying bandwidth and latency requirements. The module features a maximum receive sensitivity of -124 dBm and a maximum transmit power of 20 dBm (100 mW), enabling stable medium-to-long-range communication.

In terms of protocol and functional support, the Mini3120 integrates features such as Automatic Frequency Control (AFC), Auto Acknowledgment (Auto ACK), Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI), and Link Quality Indicator (LQI), enhancing communication reliability and link adaptability. The chip also supports both packet mode and transparent transmission mode, allowing flexible integration with various host systems. With compact dimensions of 13.95 × 11.24 mm, the module is suitable for space-constrained applications and easy to embed into a wide range of terminal devices.
Regarding power consumption, the module draws only 6.1 mA in receive mode when DCDC is enabled, and its sleep current drops below 1.0 µA. The chip supports Duty Cycle-based receiving and transmitting, which helps further reduce average power consumption.
To improve data reliability and anti-interference performance, the Mini3120 incorporates various link enhancement mechanisms such as data whitening, Forward Error Correction (FEC), CRC checking, and Manchester encoding, ensuring stable transmission even in complex wireless environments.
