Differences between SX1268 LoRa modules series

LoRa1268, LoRa1268F30 and LoRa1268F30-Mini are all front-end LoRa modules launched by NiceRF, in which LoRa1268F30-Mini is the latest one.

All three modules share the same chip SX1268 from Semtech company, with ultra-low receiving current (5mA) and sensitivity of - 148dBm.

Here are differences between these three SX1268 LoRa modules:

SX1268 LoRa module LoRa1268F30-Mini:

LoRa1268F30 Mini is a LoRa module with small size, small current and high power. It is internally integrated with SX1268 chip of Semtech company and built-in LNA, which increased by 4dB on the basis of high sensitivity LoRa. At the same time, customers can also choose to add band-pass filter to further improve the anti-interference ability.

Moreover, LoRa1268F30 Mini has low voltage, and the Output power of this wireless module is designed as 30dBm@4V.

SX1268 LoRa module LoRa1268F30:

LoRa1268F30 is a LoRa wireless module with ultra-low receiving power consumption and high power. It is internally integrated with SX1268 chip of Semtech company.

SX1268 LoRa module LoRa1268:

The LoRa1268 wireless module adopts Semtech's SX1268 without PA and filter, with a maximum output of 22dBm.
