Next-generation UWB front-end positioning module, designed for more complex applications

To meet the growing demand from industry users for flexible installation and long-range precise positioning, NiceRF has officially launched the new UWB3000F00-X module. Like the existing UWB3000F00, this product is based on the Qorvo DW3000 IC series and shares the same core performance. It supports high-precision two-way ranging and TDoA positioning schemes, complies with the IEEE802.15.4-2020 protocol, and offers positioning accuracy of up to 10 centimeters.

Continuing NiceRF's consistent design philosophy of high integration and compact size, the UWB3000F00-X differs from the integrated-antenna UWB3000F00 by providing an RF interface for external antennas. This allows customers to flexibly choose or customize antenna solutions based on actual application needs, making it better suited for diverse scenarios such as special installations, directional coverage, and long-range communication.

The UWB3000F00-X supports two operating channels, CH5 (6489.6 MHz) and CH9 (7987.2 MHz), allowing users to flexibly select the appropriate channel based on different application environments and meet multi-region regulatory requirements. At the same time, the module continues NiceRF’s low-power design, with a sleep current as low as 1 μA.
