UWB653Pro module, launched by NiceRF, is a wireless communication module based on Ultra Wide Band (UWB) technology and complies with the IEEE 802.15.4-2020 Standard. It is designed using the Qorvo DW3000 UWB chip and integrates a high-performance RF power amplifier, MCU, general-purpose I/O interfaces, and ESD protection components. The UWB653Pro module combines data communication, ranging, and positioning functions in UWB applications, enabling remote communication, precise distance measurement/positioning, and hardware control via a serial interface.
This product is fully compatible with NiceRF’s UWB653Pro and UWB650 modules, allowing users to freely combine and use them as needed.

When the UWB653Pro module is powered on or reset, the red and blue LEDs at the T/R position will light up briefly for about 0.5 seconds, indicating that the module has completed initialization. Upon startup, the module defaults to Normal Operating Mode, where it can process commands from the USB port, as well as perform ranging/positioning and data transmission functions.
Pure Data Transmission Mode is toggled via the external Mode Change button:
Press and hold the Mode Change button for approximately 100ms to switch the operating mode (enter or exit Pure Data Transmission Mode). During the switch, the LEDs will blink to indicate the status:
Entering Pure Data Transmission Mode: The red and blue T/R LEDs will blink simultaneously 3 times.
Exiting Pure Data Transmission Mode: The red and blue T/R LEDs will double-blink simultaneously 3 times.
