The SV6500Pro is an ultra-long-range wireless data transmission module, featuring the high-performance Silicon Lab Si4463 RF chip. With extremely low receive sensitivity and an industry-leading 5 W high output power, it ensures extended range and improved link performance. The module supports multiple frequency bands, multiple channels, and network IDs to reduce interference during transmission and enhance overall transmission reliability. Users can configure serial port and RF parameters via PC software or online settings.

The SV6500Pro is strictly manufactured and tested using lead-free processes, complying with RoHS and REACH standards.


Note: The module is internally regulated by a 3.3 V LDO. The CS and SET control pins operate at 3.3 V logic level. For modules with TTL level interfaces, the UART TXD and RXD pins support 3.3 V input and output.
